At Runge Tool LLC, we offer Free Standard & Freight Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States. We partner with leading freight and parcel carriers to ensure your outdoor power equipment arrives securely and promptly.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are queued for processing the following business day.

3. Curbside Liftgate Freight Service
Due to the size and weight of commercial mowers, generators, and outdoor wooden structures, heavy items require Freight Delivery. We include Curbside Liftgate Service at zero extra cost.
- The freight carrier will contact you via telephone 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a specific delivery window.
- The delivery driver will use a hydraulic liftgate to lower the crated or palletized equipment safely to ground level at the curb of your driveway.
- An adult (18+) must be present at delivery to inspect the outer packaging and sign the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading).
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your shipment leaves our distribution center, you will receive an email containing your tracking number or freight PRO number. You can also track your shipment anytime on our Order Status page.
