Freight Shipping & Curbside Delivery Guide

Last Updated: November 2026

Heavy machinery and large outdoor structures—including zero-turn mowers, standby generators, swing sets, gazebos, and storage sheds—exceed standard parcel weight limits and must be transported via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight.

What to Expect with Freight Delivery:

  1. Dispatch & Booking: Once your order is processed (1–2 business days), your equipment is secured onto heavy-duty pallets and handed off to our freight carrier partners (R+L Carriers, Estes Express, or Old Dominion).
  2. Appointment Call: When the freight reaches your local destination terminal, the carrier dispatch team calls the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window.
  3. Curbside Liftgate Unloading: All heavy equipment orders include complimentary liftgate service. The driver lowers the pallet from the trailer down to street/driveway level.
  4. Inspection Checklist Before Signing:
    • Visually inspect the crate/box for any punctures, tears, or crushed corners.
    • If visible external damage is observed, write “Damaged upon arrival” directly on the driver’s delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) before signing.
    • Take 2–3 clear photographs and notify us within 48 hours at support@rungetool.shop so we can dispatch replacements immediately.

Driveway & Street Accessibility

Freight is delivered using commercial semi-trucks (up to 53 feet in length). Delivery is guaranteed to the curb of any publicly accessible residential or commercial street. If your property has steep private roads, low-hanging wires, or weight restrictions, please notify our team prior to shipment so we can coordinate appropriate terminal pickup or box truck dispatch.
