For riding mowers, zero turns, generators, and playsets, delivery is handled via specialized freight carriers (LTL). Curbside liftgate delivery is included free. The carrier calls you 24–48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Estimated freight delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee on new, unused items in original packaging. All gas and fluids must be drained prior to engine freight pickup.
Are products covered by manufacturer warranty?
Yes. All products sold by Runge Tool LLC are brand new and include the complete original manufacturer limited warranty.
